SIGNAL 4.0 IO PRO: a fully digital transceiver and 4.0 analog transmitter

Analog transmitters and 4.0 IO PRO transceivers from Meister enable the continuous evaluation of sensor signals and are thus an indispensable component in the widespread implementation of Industrie 4.0.

The goal is the complete integration of process-relevant sensor technology, which SIGNAL 4.0 accommodates in miniaturized form in the smallest possible space. Universal applicability to a wide range of mechanical sensor technology is guaranteed.

With the help of a Hall sensor, the position of magnetic floats is detected and output via the IO-Link interface or 4-20 mA and 0-10 V signal output. In addition, it is possible to detect temperature and pressure via external sensors and output them as digital signals via the IO-Link interface.
