Overview
The smallest, camera-based positioning sensor for fine positioning of shelves in double depth on the market.
With its help, storage and retrieval machines quickly and easily find the right shelf.
Commissioning is performed via web-based configuration tool with operator-guided installation wizard. Printed parameterization codes are read in via "Code Generator" without a PC, thus enabling configuration adjustments directly at the storage and retrieval system. An alignment system using four feedback LEDs further simplifies commissioning.
Via the integrated Ethernet TCP/IP interface as well as PROFINET RT, the IPS 400i can be directly integrated into the network environment and enables fast, location-independent diagnostics.

- Storage and conveyor technology with pallet high-bay warehouses
- Application in single- and double-deep pallet high-bay warehouses up to 2,400mm depth
- With integrated heating also in cold stores up to -30 °C
